• Order history: past purchases, invoices, refunds, categories browsed, coupons, and returns.

• Device information: smartphone details, operating system, app version.
• App usage: pages visited, features used, time spent, categories browsed and dropped, favourites, offers redeemed, purchase history, complaints raised.
• Location data: used for better delivery services, map-based features, and recommendations from your nearest dark store.

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, track app performance, and personalize recommendations on the web app or across platforms linked to your account.

Zency is committed, to the best of its ability, to providing a safe and secure shopping experience.

• Data access control: only authorized personnel can access sensitive data, and it is held in encrypted, anonymized form.

5Data Retention Policy

We may retain user data for as long as necessary for order processing, compliance, and legal obligations. You may request account deletion by emailing support@getzency.com. While deletion may take some time to complete, certain data — such as purchase preferences — may continue to be used (though never shared) to help train our AI models for a better customer experience.

9Children's Privacy

Persons "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 — including minors and un-discharged insolvents — are not eligible to use our platform. Only individuals aged 18 or older may use the Zency App and its services. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Use and Policies on your behalf. If they do not, you must immediately discontinue use of the app, and Zency reserves the right to terminate or deny access to any account found to belong to a user under the age of 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users will be notified via app notification, email, or SMS. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
